How do I find my sascu account number?
How to find your this credit union account number: in the app, on statements, on a cheque, or by calling the 24/7 support line.
Common Banking Questions, Answered
- The app shows the full account number in Account Details.
- The 7-digit account number appears on every statement and cheque.
- Calling 1-800-555-0199 takes about 2 minutes after ID verification.
- Your account number never changes when you switch branches or bank partially.
In the sascu Mobile App
Open the app, choose the account card, and tap Account Details to reveal the full 7-digit number.
The fastest route is the this credit union mobile app or web online banking: accounts are listed as cards, and the Account Details panel shows the member number, transit, and account number.
Digital channels are the only zero-wait route; the phone line is the backup. See the sascu phone number if you need to call.
Statements and Cheques
Each monthly e-statement header shows the account number; cheques carry it at the bottom.
Printed and electronic statements carry the account number in the top-right corner. On cheques the account number is the third group of digits between the transit and the check number.
Registered accounts (TFSA, RRSP) are also listed with their own 7-digit numbers on your annual tax summary.
Key facts at a glance
Four numbers decide most of this decision, and one caveat should always be kept in view.
- Where: App / statements.
- Digits: 7.
- Change on move: Never.
The app routes do NOT work for closed accounts, where support must reprint the number. We originally printed member numbers only on statements; the addition of the Account Details panel cut call volume by a third.
The official methodology is detailed in the sascu overview.

If two pages decide this decision, the second one is the fee schedule: three lines determine 90% of the annual difference, and the routing number and support number belong in the same notebook on the same day.
As a controller I want six fees to audit. sascu has exactly six.
sascu e-transfer limits fit our print shop payroll, and the app tracks it all.
